"no telling where it'll take ya/ just live your life"

I finished up school today pretty quickly. I can't wait to be done. If it weren't for Geometry, school would be a breeze for me. Science, Lit, Italian, Civics, History, Geography, that's all good. And Geometry isn't terrible all the time. But sometimes I have so much trouble getting my head around the problems and equations. I am definitely not mechanically-minded!

It's finally turning to fall here in Tennessee. We have all the windows open, and pretty soon it'll be too cold to sleep without a fan on. Which, while I like the cold, is annoying, because I sleep better with noise, like a fan. I just can't be satisfied, can I?  *grin*

Hopefully sometime in the next week or two Mama, the girls, and I can go to Nashville. We go two or three times a year for a big shopping trip. I'm hoping to exchange the perfume I got a Bath & Body Works. That, or just return it and spend the money somewhere else.

I just had to go separate two of our Dachshunds. Bean, the youngest, has got to have some kind of mental issue. She freaks out when she sees her mother, Penny, being held. It's weird; like she's completely jealous of Penny. We love all of them; nobody treats Bean any differently than they do Penny.

Daddy, Mama, and I watched 'Knowing' with Nicholas Cage on Saturday night. Talk about WEIRD! So, so strange. Not one of my favorites. While we watched that, Nan and Mary watched 'The Parent Trap', the Lindsay Lohan version. I love that movie! One of the best scenes ever is when the girl gets her ear pierced with the needle and the apple. For some reason, I've loved that scene since I first watched it, which was a long time ago.

I ordered a bunch of makeup from e.l.f. last week; hopefully it will get here soon. I'm pretty bad about waiting for the mail in a patient way. It's really better if I don't know that a box is coming for me.

My awesome friend Brooke, (Who has got to be one of the sweetest, most gorgeous girls I "know" online), has a really pretty background on her blog, so I'm going to look on the AquaPoppy site where hers came from to see if I can find one I like.

Okay, that's it for now. I think I'm getting back in the swing of blogging, wouldn't you say? Or at least making an effort!

Joyfully,
Rebecca
